Our family owned private villa is built in traditional style and designed to give you the best of comfort and luxury.

All 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) are en-suite and all have sun terraces and balconies where you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains. The split-level lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD player and sound system and our fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, gas hob and electric oven. We have also provided (amongst other things) a built-in safe for your valuables an iron & board even a washing line and pegs.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned (and we don’t charge extra for it) and also has ceiling mounted fans in the dining area.

Outside, the walled garden surrounds a large 50 square metre swimming pool with paddling pool for tiny people, a poolside sun terrace with beds and parasols and next to that, for al -fresco dining, a BBQ and covered seating area, complete with it’s own bar (with fridge and CD player).

Dalyan offers something for everyone; a lively but safe nightlife with it’s excellent bars and clubs or quiet romantic riverside meals with stunning views of the Lycian tombs carved into the mountainside and lit up at night to spectacular effect.

Iztuzu beach is nearby for a swim or enjoy a tranquil boat trip on the river or lake. There are also many nearby attractions which include horse riding, mud baths, white water rafting and microlite flying, go on a jeep safari or visit one of the many local markets in Dalyan and other towns close-by.
