Newly built for 2005. Zeytin Koru (Olive Grove) a luxury colonial style villa with stunning views of mountains and the ancient rock tombs. Situated in a semi rural position, yet within 100 yards of the main street, with trees on two sides offering some privacy to our guests. The garden retains protected mature olive trees.

The 60 square metre west facing pool enjoys sunshine all day. Inside there are a number of unique features with stone fireplaces as the central point of both sitting rooms on the ground and first floor. The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms with luxury en-suites and single and double sofa beds in the 2 sitting rooms and 2 cots to comfortably sleep up to 12 people if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Although a car is not necessary there is a private drive at the rear of the property for 2 cars.

Fully furnished with table and seating in the lounges and dining areas for a maximum of 12 people. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with luxury en-suites. There is also a rear entrance and utility room with cupboard space and coat hooks.

The first floor has two double bedrooms each with luxury en-suite with bidet. There is a spacious lounge where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Each first floor room has double doors leading onto the large connecting balcony, which is ideal for long evening meals or simply to gaze at the flood lit tombs.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, the open plan kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, double oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc., and all crockery and utensils. Washing machine, iron etc., are in the utility room. Bed linen and indoor towels are provided.

The villa also has a CD player, satellite TV, DVD player and board games.
A ‘Welcome Pack’ is provided to our guests.

Outdoors, there are plenty of loungers etc., as well as a stone built barbecue with adjacent outside shower for pre-pool use. Traditional shaded Turkish kosk seating area.
